CAPITAL RAISING UPDATE

The Board of Fenix Resources Limited ( Company ) advises that it has resolved to extend the closing date of the offers under the Prospectus (other than the Priority Offer which has already closed) to 5.00pm (AWST) on Friday, 2 November 2018 ( Offers Closing Date ).

The decision to extend the Offers Closing Date by one week has been made following the Board’s expectation that cleared funds for one final share application would be received today but has not.
