Description

The securities of Fenix Resources Limited (‘FEX’) are expected to be reinstated to Official Quotation at the commencement of trading on Friday, 30 November 2018, following its re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules. FEX raised $4,500,000 pursuant to the offer under its Prospectus dated 4 September 2018 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 112,500,000 share. at an issue price of $0.04 per share.
