AUSTRASIA INTERNATIONAL MINING LIMITED IPO

CLOSING DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 18 MAY 2012

The Directors of Emergent Resources Limited (‘Emergent’) wish to advise Emergent shareholders that the closing date for the Austrasia International Mining Limited IPO has been extended to Friday 18 May 2012. Five million shares at 20 cents each have been reserved for priority application by Emergent shareholders.

Shareholders who wish to participate in the priority allocation are reminded that they may download the Prospectus at www.austrasiamining.com.au or alternatively contact Austrasia on 08 9389 2111 to request a hard copy of the Prospectus to be mailed to them.
