BOARD AND COMPANY CHANGES

Emergent Resources Limited (EMG or the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of highly experienced corporate executive, Mr Faldi Ismail, to its Board of Directors.

With significant cross-border experience and having advised on numerous transactions, including structuring of acquisitions and joint ventures across a range of sectors, Mr Ismail brings critical expertise to the Company in terms of both the development of the Company’s existing assets and the identification and evaluation of new opportunities in Australia and overseas.

Mr Ismail is currently the CEO and Deputy Chairman of dual listed Kalimantan Gold Corporation Limited (TSX-V/AIM:KLG), Director of ASX listed companies WHL Energy Limited (ASX:WHN) and Style Limited (ASX:SYP). He is the founder and operator of Otsana Capital, a boutique advisory firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions.

Mr Patrick Burke has resigned from the Board of Directors. The Company thanks Mr Burke for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well with his future endeavours.

Mr Burke will also be stepping down as Company Secretary with effect from 30 June 2014, and Mr Kevin Hart will take up the position of Company Secretary from this date.

Mr Hart is a Chartered Accountant and partner of Endeavour Corporate, an advisory firm which specialises in the provision of company secretarial and accounting services to ASX listed entities.
