COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE

Further to the Announcement of Board changes on 2 June 2014, Emergent Resources Limited (EMG or the Company) advises that Mr Patrick Burke will be continuing as Company Secretary rather than stepping down from this position. The Board is very pleased with this development as it ensures continuity as the Company continues to develop its Beyondie Iron Ore and Extension Gold Projects and identify new resources opportunities for acquisition or investment. Accordingly, Mr Kevin Hart will not be taking up the position of Company Secretary.
