Changes to Emergent Resources’ Board And Management Roles

Emergent Resources Limited (Emergent or the Company) (ASX:EMG) wishes to announce a number of changes to the roles of the Emergent Board and management team effective from 1 July, 2012.

Mr Nathan Lude has stepped down from the role of Managing Director and will become a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr Lude was appointed as Managing Director on 22 December 2011 and has been responsible for management of the Company since that date. Mr Lude has successfully overseen the Company’s recent capital raisings, including the introduction of International Natural Resources (INR), a Chinese investment group on to the Company’s register as a cornerstone investor.

Chairman Mr Wolfgang Fischer said Emergent is now moving into a new phase of its development as the Company evaluates new opportunities domestically and internationally. During this transition phase the management of the Company will be the joint responsibility of the Board.
