The shares issued to complete the combination between Alisa Bank and PURO Finance have been registered

ALISA BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16.5.2024 10:25 EEST

The 58,878,721 new shares (the “New Shares”) in Alisa Bank Plc (“Alisa Bank”)
that were issued as consideration for the shares of PURO Finance Ltd have today
been registered with the Finnish Trade Register. Following the registration of
the New Shares, the total number of shares in Alisa Bank is 147,210,903 shares.
All shares carry equal rights. The New Shares will be applied to be listed on
the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki following the publication of a listing
prospectus prepared by Alisa Bank, which is expected to take place later today
on 16 May 2024. Trading in the New Shares on the official list of Nasdaq
Helsinki is expected to commence on or about 20 May 2024.
