· Financial Statements Bulletin 2023: February 15, 2024
· Half-year Financial Report, January-June: August 9, 2024

The Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2023 will be available on the
company's website in week 9.

The Annual General Meeting of Alisa Bank Plc is planned to be held in Helsinki
on March 20, 2023.

Alisa Bank follows a silent period of 30 days prior to the publication of the
financial statements bulletin and half-year financial report.
