Evli Bank Plc’s co-determination negotiations have ended. In August 14, 2019, Evli Bank initiated a business reorganization process in business support functions and Group administration. As a result of the negotiations, a total of 23 job descriptions will undergo substantial changes or termination. However, Evli has been able to offer new job descriptions to 14 persons. Evli supports redundant personnel financially and by providing training for re-employment.
