Change in Alisa Bank´s Management Team

ALISA BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 1.7.2025 AT 12.00 EEST

Antoni Airikkala, Director of Funding and Liquidity and a member of the Management Team of Alisa Bank Plc, has announced that he will leave his position from the company. Airikkala will continue in his position as well as a member of the Management Team until 31 August 2025.

Antoni’s contribution has been crucial in several phases of the bank’s development, especially in building the current strong fundraising base. Replacing his extensive expertise and role will be a challenge for the current organization. I wish Antoni all the best and success in the next phase of his career,” says Sampsa Laine, CEO of Alisa Bank.

For the time being, Airikkala will continue in his position and support the transition phase. Further information regarding the reallocation of responsibilities and any other related decisions will be announced later.
