Alisa Bank Plc appoints Katja Vähäsilta as General Counsel and Member of the Management Team

ALISA BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29.8.2024 AT 16.20 EEST

Katja Vähäsilta (LL.M., Trained on the Bench) has been appointed as Alisa Bank
Plc's General Counsel and Member of the Management Team. She will start in this
position on 1 October 2024.

Vähäsilta moves to Alisa Bank from Nordea Bank, where she has been responsible
for the legal affairs of the Nordea Finance business area. Vähäsilta is
responsible for Alisa Bank's legal affairs and regulatory compliance.
