ALISA BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 18.8.2023 AT 14.00 EEST

Essi Salmela, Chief Risk Officer, will be on parental leave from 18 August 2023.
Kristian Nybergh (M.Sc) will act as interim CRO and member of the Management
Team from 19 August 2023 during Salmela's parental leave. Nybergh has long
experience in the banking industry. His responsibility is to manage and develop
the bank's risk control function during Salmela's parental leave.
