A change in Alisa Bank's Management Team

ALISA BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 6.10.2023 AT 15.25 EEST

Alisa Bank Plc's director responsible for digital channels and member of the
management team Niklas Elomaa has announced that he is leaving the company to
take on new challenges outside the company. Elomaa will stop working at Alisa
Bank by the end of November 2023.

"I thank Niklas for his valuable contribution in the development of Alisa Bank's
digital services. We have invested in the development of our mobile and online
banking services and have received very positive feedback from our customers
about their ease-of-use. In this development work, Niklas has played a
