FELLOW BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 25.5.2022 AT 11:00 AM EEST The shareholders' meeting of Fellow Finance Plc ("Fellow Finance"), which merged into Fellow Bank Plc (formerly Evli Bank Plc) on 2 April 2022, was held in Helsinki today. The shareholders' meeting adopted the financial statements for the year 2021 and for the period 1 January 2022–1 April 2022 (final accounts) as well as discharged Fellow Finance's former members of the board of directors and the CEO from liability.
