Felix Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: FLX) (" Felix " or the " Company ") advises, that the date of the 2021 Annual General Meeting (" AGM ") has been deferred from the previously notified date of Friday, 19 November 2021 to Monday, 29 November 2021 at 9.00am (AEDT) .
The Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders, will contain details regarding the 2021 AGM and how to participate in the meeting.
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 15.5, the Company Secretary has authorised this announcement.
