Availability of Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Further to the final results announcement made on 28 October 2014, Feedback announces that the annual report and accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 May 2014 have been posted to shareholders and is available to download from the Company's website www.fbk.com.

In addition, the Company announces that its annual general meeting, notice of which accompanies the annual report and accounts, will be held on 20 November 2014.
