Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK), the medical imaging software company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Allenby Capital Limited ("Allenby Capital") as its Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker with immediate effect. Allenby Capital announced on 14 December 2015 that it had reached an agreement with Sanlam Securities (UK) Limited ("Sanlam"), the Company's nominated adviser and joint broker at that time, pursuant to which four senior members of Sanlam's corporate finance team have joined Allenby Capital following Sanlam's decision to refocus its business and concentrate on its core operations. Feedback will retain continuity with its advisory team and also gain access to Allenby Capital's additional resources.
