London, 25 June 2020: Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback" or the "Company"), the specialist medical imaging technology company, announces that it has been informed today that over 17 June 2020 and 18 June 2020, Adam Denning, Non-Executive of the Company, purchased a total of 1,530,411 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") at an average price of 0.9762 pence per share.

Following these purchases, Adam Denning holds 1,530,411 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.28 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement.
