Feedback plc, the specialist medical imaging technology company, announces that Mike Hayball, a PDMR of the Company, on 15 August 2018 sold 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of 2.2 pence per share and on 16 August 2018 sold 250,000 shares in the Company at a price of 2.0 pence per share and 150,000 shares at a price of 2.2p per share. Following the sales, Mike Hayball holds 4,520,600 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.61 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
