Feedback plc, the specialist medical imaging technology company, announces that Simon Sturge, non-executive director of the Company, on 28 June 2018 purchased 500,000 shares in the Company and on 29 June 2018 acquired 500,000 shares in the Company, all at a price of 1.9 pence per share. Following the purchase, Simon Sturge holds 7,500,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.66 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
