The Company has been notified that on 15 August 2014, Trevor Brown (Non-Executive Director) purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.45 pence per share.

Following this share purchase Trevor Brown will be beneficially interested in 54,089,111 ordinary shares which represents 28.35% of the issued share capital of the Company
