The Company has been notified that on 3 July 2014, Trevor Brown (Non-Executive Director) purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.20 pence per share.

Following this share purchase Trevor Brown will be beneficially interested in 53,089,111 ordinary shares which represents 27.83% of the issued share capital of the Company.
