Result of Annual General Meeting
Cambridge, 23 January 2019: Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback" or the "Company") announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, except for resolution 7, which relates to the Directors' authority to issue and allot up to 20 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital on a non-pre-emptive basis for cash. The Directors acknowledge that certain large shareholders do not wish to provide the Directors with a general authority to issue up to 20 per cent. of the issued share capital on a non-pre-emptive basis for cash. As a result, any non-pre-emptive issue of new ordinary shares in the Company for cash will be subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting of the Company until further notice.
