Result of General Meeting

Feedback is pleased to announce that the resolution to approve the disposal of the Company's freehold property at Park Road, Crowborough, East Sussex TN6 2QR ("Property") for a minimum of £940,000 in cash proposed at the Company's General Meeting held today was duly passed.

A further announcement will be made once the sale of the Property has been completed.
