DIRECTOR'S SHARE DEALING

The Company has been notified that Ivan Martin, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 8,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £5.00 per Ordinary Share on 11 March 2016. Following the purchase, Ivan Martin has a beneficial interest in 8,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.007 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
