FDM Group (Holdings) plc ("FDM" or "the Company")

FDM announces that Jonathan Brooks has informed the Board of Directors of his intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect in order to concentrate on other commitments.

A search for his replacement and also for an additional new Non-Executive Director has been initiated.

Robin Taylor, an existing Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Ivan Martin, Chairman of the Board, said:
