This Public Notice is being issued by FDC Limited ("the Company"), to the Eligible Shareholders holding Equity Shares as on February 19, 2022 ("Record Date"), for the buyback of upto 29,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares by way ofaTender Offer through the stock exchange mechanism ("Tender Offer"), for cash at a price of Rs. 475 (Rupees Four Hundred Seventy Five Only) ("Buyback Price") per Equity Share for an aggregate amount of upto Rs. 13,775 Lakhs (RupeesOneHundred Thirty Seven Crore Seventy Five Lakh only)("Buyback Size")in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buyback of Securities) Regulations, 2018, as amended ("SEBI Buyback Regulations").

The dispatch of the Letter of Offer to the Eligible Shareholders of the Company holding Equity Shares on the Record Date i.e. Saturday, February 19, 2022 has been completed by April 06, 2022 through electronic mode to the Shareholders whose e-mail ids are available with the Company and through speed post/registered post at the address registered in India for all the remaining Shareholders. FOR EQUITY SHARES HELD IN PHYSICAL FORM: Before submitting the Form Acceptance-cum- Acknowledgment, to the Seller Member(s), the Eligible Shareholder must keep a set of (i) original share certificate(s) (ii) valid share transfer form(s) (i.e., form SH-4) duly filled and signed by the transferors (i.e., by all registered Eligible Shareholders in same order and as per the specimen signaturesregistered with the Company) and duly witnessed at the appropriate place authorizing the transfer in favour of the Company (iii) self-attested copy of the Eligible Shareholder's PAN Card (iv) the Tender Form duly signed (in case the Equity Shares are in joint names, the Tender Form must be signed by all Eligible Shareholders in the same order in which they hold the Equity Shares) and (v) any other relevant documents such as power of attorney, corporate authorization (including board resolution/ specimen signature), notarized copy of death certificate and succession certificate or probated will, if the original Shareholder has deceased, etc., as applicable. In addition, if the address of an Eligible Shareholder has undergone a change from the address registered in the Register of Members of the Company, such Eligible Shareholder would be required to submit a self-attested copy of address proof consisting of any one of the following documents: valid Aadhar Card, Voter Identity Card or Passport.

- मुख आईटी कंपनियों के प्रदर्शन के मापक बीएसई आईटी सचकांक में इन्फोसिस द्वारा निराशाजनक वित्तीय नतीजों से हई भारी बिकवाली के बाद करीब दो साल में सबसे बड़ी गिरावट दर्ज की गई है।

देश की दुसरी सबसे बडी सॉफ्टवेयर सेवा प्रदाता इन्फोसिस का मार्च 2022 की तिमाही का लाभ मार्जिन दबाव और बढती लागत की वजह से अनुमानों से कम रहा। वित्तीय नतीजों के आंकडों से इसे लेकर आशंका बढ गई है कि महामारी के बाद की तेजी समाप्त हो सकती है और वृद्धि सामान्य होने से शेयरों में रेटिंग घटने को बढावा मिल सकता है।

इन्फोसिस का शेयर 7.3 प्रतिशत घटकर 1,621 रुपये पर बंद हुआ। इस शेयर ने दिन के कारोबार ने आठ महीने में अपना सबसे निचला स्तर छुआ है। बीएसई आईटी सचकांक 4.76 प्रतिशत नीचे आ गया. जो 4 मई 2020 के बाद से उसकी एक दिन की सबसे बडी गिरावट है। निफ्टी आईटी सूचकांक में 4.6 प्रतिशत की कमजोरी आई और एम्फेसिस में 5.6 प्रतिशत, टेक महिंद्रा में 4.7 प्रतिशत और एलऐंडटी टेक्नोलॉजी सर्विसेज में 4.5 प्रतिशत की कमजोरी आई।

विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि आईटी कंपनियों पर जिन मुख्य कारकों का प्रभाव पड रहा है, वे हैं सामान्य से ज्यादा वेतन वृद्धि और यात्रा और वीजा लागत जैसे डिस्क्रेशनरी खर्च सामान्य होना। जहां आईटी कंपनियां इन दबाव को कम करने के लिए कीमतें बढाने की कोशिश कर रही हैं. वहीं विश्लेषकों का कहना है कि इसमें कुछ समय लगेगा और अल्पावधि में मार्जिन पर दबाव बना रहेगा।

इस ताजा गिरावट के बाद, बीएसई आईटी सूचकांक इस साल अब तक के आधार पर 13 प्रतिशत गिर चका है। तुलनात्मक तौर पर, सेंसेक्स में 4 प्रतिशत से कम की गिरावट आई है। इस गिरावट से मूल्यांकन में नरमी को बढ़ावा मिला है जो इस साल के शुरू में ऐतिहासिक स्तरों पर पहुंच गया था।

डायरेक्ट सेलिंग मार्केटिंग नेटवर्क की आड में पिरामिड फ्रॉड का आरोप

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने सोमवार को डायरेक्ट सेलिंग कंपनी एमवे इंडिया एंटरप्राइजेज की 758 करोड़ रुपये की परिसंपत्ति जब्त कर ली। एजेंसी की तरक से धनशोधन मामले की जांच के सिलसिले में यह किया गया. जिससे पता चला कि एमवे डायरेक्ट सेलिंग मल्टी-लेवल मार्केटिंग नेटवर्क की आड में पिरामिड फ्रॉड का परिचालन कर रही है। निदेशालय ने सोमवार को यह जानकारी दी। निदेशालय ने कहा कि कंपनी मल्टी लेवल मार्केटिंग घोटाले की आरोपी है।

एजेंसी के मुताबिक, कंपनी ने अपने कारोबारी परिचालन से 2002-03 व 2021-22 के बीच 27,562 करोड़ रुपये इकट्ठा किए। इसमें से कमीशन के तौर पर भारत व अमेरिका में वितरकों व सदस्यों को इस दौरान 7,588 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया गया।

जब्त परिसंपत्तियों में डिंडिगल जिले (तमिलनाडु) में एमवे की जमीन व फैक्टरी के अलावा प्लांट व मशीनरी. वाहन, बैंक खाते और सावधि जमाएं शामिल हैं।

बर्मन समूह की इकाइयों ने एवरेडी इंडस्ट्रीज इंडिया के शेयर खुले बाजार से खरीदे हैं और इस खरीद से कंपनी में उनकी हिस्सेदारी अब 20.07 फीसदी पर पहुंच गई है।

सोमवार को स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों को भेजी सूचना से पता चलता है कि बर्मन समूह को इकाइयों पुरन एसोसिएट्स, वीआईसी एंटरप्राइजेज और एमबी फिनमार्ट ने 13 अप्रैल को 88,683 शेयर खरीदे, जो 0.12 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी के बराबर है। 18 अप्रैल को इन इकाइयों ने 76,534 शेयर यानी 0.11 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी खरीदी और इस तरह से कुल हिस्सेदारी 20.07 फीसदी पर पहुंच गई। सूत्रों ने संकेत दिया कि यह अधिग्रहण बर्मन की तरफ से पहले के

खरीद ऑर्डर के मताबिक रहा। बर्मन समुह की इकाइयों ने अपने स्टॉक ब्रोकर जेएम फाइनैंशियल सर्विसेज के पास 28 फरवरी को

औरंगाबाद : राज्यात निवडलेल्या आदर्श शाळांच्या पायाभूत आणि शैक्षणिक आवश्यक सुविधांवर ३०० कोटींचा निधी राज्य सरकारकडून खर्च करण्यात येणार असल्याची माहिती शालेय शिक्षणमंत्री वर्षा गायकवाड यांनी सोमवारी येथे दिली. या उपक्रमात लोकसहभागाचीही मदत घेतली जाणार आहे. या शाळांमध्ये इयत्ता दुसरीच्या अभ्यासक्रमात बदल करण्यात येणार असल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले.

देशातील पहिली आयएसओ जिल्हा केंद्रीय परिषद शाळा सातारा (जि.औरंगाबाद) येथे शाळापूर्व तयारी मेळावा कार्यक्रमात त्या बोलत होत्या व्यासपीठावर शिक्षक मतदारसंघाचे आमदार विक्रम काळे. आमदार प्रशांत बंब. माजी आमदार कल्याण काळे यांच्यासह शिक्षण विभागातील राज्य, विभागीय पातळीवरील प्रमख अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

राज्यातील स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांच्या शाळोमध्ये विद्यार्थी संख्या वाढत आहे. राज्यात दरवर्षी १९ लाख विद्यार्थी पहिलीच्या वर्गात प्रवेश घेतात. असरचा अहवालही सरकारी शाळांमध्ये विद्यार्थी संख्या वाढत असल्याचे सांगत आहे, याकडे लक्ष वेधत प्रा. गायकवाड यांनी, शाळापूर्व तयारी मेळाव्यासारख्या उपक्रमातून शाळातून विद्यार्थी गळती होण्याचे प्रमाण घटणार असल्याचा विश्वास व्यक्त केला.

निजामकालीन शाळांसाटी १६० कोटींचा निधी राजमाता शैक्षणिक उपक्रम योजनेतर्गत देण्यात येणार आहे. त्यातील ९२ कोटीचे वितरण करण्यात आल्याची माहितीही प्रा. गायकवाड यांनी याप्रसंगी दिली.

शाळांची वीजतोडणी नाही

स्थानिक स्वराज्य संस्थांच्या शाळांची यापुढे वीज तोडणी होणार नाही. शाळांमध्ये अखंडित वीज राहण्यासाठी मंत्रिमंडळस्तॅरावर बैठकीत चर्चा झालेली असून गतवर्षी ७ कोटी तर येत्या शैक्षणिक वर्षात १४ कोटीची पुरवरणी मागणी नोंदवण्यात आल्याचेही त्यांनी यावेळी सांगितले

शैक्षणिक व्यासपीटावर राजकीय टोलेबाजी

शाळापूर्व तयारी मेळावा कार्यक्रमात कॉंग्रेस, राष्ट्रवादी कॉंग्रेस व भाजपच्या प्रमुख नेत्यामध्ये राजकीय टोलेबाजी चांगलीच रंगली. शिक्षक मुख्यालयी राहत नाहीत, शाळाबाह्य होण्याचे सर्वाधिक पमाण मरातवाड्यात असल्याकडे भाजप आमदार प्रशांत बंब यांनी लक्ष वेधले. तर आमदार विक्रम काळे यांनी बोलताना प्रशांत बंब ंयांचा उल्लेख अच्छे दिन पक्षाचे आमदार म्हणन केला. तसेच शिक्षक मुख्यालयी राहण्याच्या मुद्द्याकडे लक्ष वेधत आमदार काळे यांनी पेट्रोल दरवाढीचा प्रश्न या व्यासपीटावर मांडला. या दोघांनाही शिक्षणमंत्री गायकवाड यांनी चांगलेच फटकारत ज्या शिक्षकांना शक्य आहे ते मुख्यालयी राहतील, असे स्पष्ट केले. तर आमदार काळे यांना तम्ही तर या कार्यक्रमात विधिमंडळात बोलल्यासारखे बोलत असल्याची जाणीव कस्न्न दिली

घेणे सत्ताधारी म्हणून असणाऱ्यांची नैतिक जबाबदारी मानत असल्याचे सांगत खासदार सुप्रिया सुळे यांनी परिवहन मंडळातील राज्य कर्मचाऱ्यांशी संवाद साध असे औरंगाबाद येथे सोमवारी सांगितले. त्यांच्या मते १२० जणांचे प्राण गेले. त्यांची काही यादी आहे काय, कोण होते ते. याची माहिती घेऊन त्यांच्याशी बोलायला हवे. सरकारने केलेल्या आवाहनानंतर नऊ हजार

हिंगोली : जिल्ह्यातील ग्रामीण भागातील रूग्णांना वेळेवर आणि योग्य उपचार मिळावेत यासाठी केंद्र शासनाच्या 'आयुष्मान भारत' योजनेअंतर्गत हिंगोली जिल्ह्यात १३२ उपकेंद्रे आणि २४ आरोग्यवर्धिनी केंद्रे सुरू करण्यात आली आहेत. ही केंद्रे इंटरनेटने जोडण्यात आली असून मुंबई,दिल्ली आदी मोठ्या शहरातील वैद्यकीय तज्ज्ञांशी थेट संवाद साधता येणार आहे. जिल्ह्यात १६ एप्रिलपासून या सेवेस सुरुवात झाली. या योजनेअंतर्गत रुग्णांना गावातच आरोग्यसुविधा, उपचार आणि तज्ज्ञांचे मार्गदर्शन मिळणार आहे.
