Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, SEBI (P\ohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and vide our intimation letter dated September 29, 2021, the Trading Window of the Company has been closed for all the Directors and Designated Persons from Friday, October 01, 2021, till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results i.e up to Saturday, November 13, 2021 (both days inclusive).
