This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 07,2020 at Mumbai, to interalia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31,2019.
Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct adopted by the Company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, also as intimated vide letter dated December 30, 2019, the Trading Window of the Company is closed for all the Directors and Designated Persons from Wednesday, January 01, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results i.e up to Sunday, February 09, 2020 (both days inclusive).
