This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 08,2019 at Mumbai, to interalia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018.
Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors and Designated employees from January 30, 2019 to February 10, 2019 (both days inclusive).
