Sub.: Intimation of Resignation of Non Executive Independent Directors
Ref.: Regulation 30 (2) read with Para (7) of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations").
This is to inform that the Company is in receipt of the resignation letters of the below mentioned Non-Executive Independent Directors.
In compliance with Regulation i'7(lA) of Listing Regulations, the Non Executive Independent Directors namely Dr. Rahim Muljiani (DIN:- 00043975) and CA Vinod Yennemadi (DIN:- 00137039), whose current age exceeds Seventy Five years as prescribed in said Regulation, have voluntarily resigned from the Directorship of the Company.
Further, Dr. Satish Ugrankar (DIN:- 00043783), Non Executive Independent Director, has also tendered his resignatlon from the Directorship of the Company.
We wish to inform that above Directors have confirmed that, there is no other material reason for their resignation as a Director of the Company.
Hence, the above Directors shall cease to be directors of the Company with effect from April 01,2019.
The Board places on record the significant contribution, guidance and support provided by the above Independent directors during their association with the Company.
