Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that, the 84[th] (Eighty Fourth) Annual General Meeting of FDC Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 10.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, September 20, 2024 to Thursday, September 26, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 84[th] Annual General Meeting.

The Company has fixed Thursday, September 19, 2024, as the Cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on all the resolutions set out in the Notice of 84[th] Annual General Meeting.
