("FD" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I) announces the issue and allotment of 67,933 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees.

Furthermore, Non-Executive Director Donna Troy has been allotted 46 Ordinary Shares in accordance with the terms of her engagement. Following this allotment, Donna Tory holds 90 Ordinary Shares representing 0.0003% of the Company's issued share capital.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM and it is expected that admission will take place on 12 July 2018. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following these allotments, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 25,871,858 ordinary shares.
