Exercise of Options

First Derivatives (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I), a leading provider of software and consulting services to the capital markets industry, is pleased to announce that, following the exercise of options by certain employees, 162,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company have been issued and allotted.

Accordingly, application has been made for the 162,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM and it is expected that admission will take place on 11 March 2014.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.  Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 19,703,610 ordinary shares.
