FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I) announces that a copy of its annual report for the financial year ending 29 February 2016 has today been posted to all shareholders. It is also available on the Group website at www.firstderivatives.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10am on 23 June 2016 at the Group's Head Office at 3 Canal Quay, Newry, County Down BT35 6BP.
