("FD" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I) announces the issue and allotment of 130,167 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees.

Furthermore, Non-Executive Director Virginia Gambale has been allotted 653 Ordinary Shares and Donna Troy has been allotted 44 Ordinary Shares in accordance with the terms of their engagement. Following this allotment, Virginia Gambale holds 10,706 Ordinary Shares and Donna Troy holds 44 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% and 0.0002% of the Company's issued share capital respectively.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM and it is expected that admission will take place on 8th June 2018. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following these allotments, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 25,803,879 ordinary shares.
