("FD" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

FD (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that on 25 May 2021 the Company allotted 65,250 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees.

In addition, the Company allotted 8,912 new Ordinary Shares to certain Non-Executive Directors in line with the terms of their service contracts.

Non-Executive Chairman Donna Troy has been allotted 2,336 Ordinary Shares, Non-Executive Director Virginia Gambale has been allotted 1,752 Ordinary Shares, Non-Executive Director Keith MacDonald has been allotted 1,752 Ordinary Shares, Non-Executive Director Ayman Sayed has been allotted 1,166 Ordinary Shares, Non-Executive Director Thomas Seifert has been allotted 1,104 Ordinary Shares, and Non-Executive Director Steve Fisher has been allotted 802 Ordinary Shares each calculated using a share price of 2,855p in accordance with the terms of their engagement.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth and it is expected that admission will take place on 1 June 2021. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following these allotments, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 27,791,486 ordinary shares.
