This is a correction to the Issue of Equity announcement released on 21 May 2020 (RNS Number: 6696N). The below announcement corrects the admission date of the new ordinary shares and includes the required PDMR notifications.

("FD" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity - Correction

FD (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that on 21 May 2020 the Company allotted 57,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees.

In addition, Non-Executive Chairman Donna Troy has been allotted 1,951 Ordinary Shares, Non-Executive Director Virginia Gambale has been allotted 1,542 Ordinary Shares, and Non-Executive Director Keith MacDonald has been allotted 977 Ordinary Shares, each calculated using a share price of 2,526p in accordance with the terms of their engagement.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth and it is expected that admission will take place on 28 May 2020. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following these allotments, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 27,396,673 ordinary shares.
