("FD" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

FD (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that on 24 May 2019 the Company allotted  80,836 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees.

Furthermore, on 24 May 2019 the Company allotted 35,694 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in respect of the final instalment of deferred consideration relating to the acquisition of Affinity Systems Limited ('Affinity'), announced on 1 April 2015.

In addition, Non-Executive Director Virginia Gambale has been allotted 1,049 Ordinary Shares and Non-Executive Director Donna Troy has been allotted 1,199 Ordinary Shares in accordance with the terms of their engagement. The Company has also been informed by Virginia Gambale that she acquired 3,125 shares on 22 January 2018 at a price of 4,334p. As a result, Virginia Gambale holds 14,880 Ordinary Shares and Donna Troy holds 1,289 Ordinary Shares representing 0.056% and 0.005% respectively of the Company's issued share capital.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth and it is expected that admission will take place on 31 May 2019. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following these allotments, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 26,353,036 ordinary shares.
