Directors' grant of options

First Derivatives (AIM: FDP.L, IEX:GYQ.I), a leading provider of software and consulting services to the capital markets industry, is pleased to announce that, upon the recommendation of the Company's Remuneration Committee, the Board yesterday granted Graham Ferguson, Chief Finance Officer, options over a total of 150,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (the "Options"). In addition, Kevin Cunningham, Executive Director, has been granted a further 60,000 Options as detailed below:
