ASIC approval for extension of time to hold Annual General Meeting

I refer to the attached Notice of Meeting and Independent Experts Report and advise that the delay in its despatch to shareholders has been due to finalisation of the accompanying Independent Experts Report and subsequent obtaining ASX approval to the resolutions in the Notice of Meeting giving effect to the Cygnet Capital Agreement (“ Delays ”).

In light of the Delays the Australian Securities and Investments Commission has granted DMY an extension of time under s250P of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) so that it may hold its Annual General Meeting by no later than 15 December 2011.
