The company is pleased to announce that pursuant to the Capital Raising initiatives approved at its Annual General Meeting on 15 December 2011 that:

• (1) it has issued 100,000,00 Secured Convertible Notes at $0.005 raising $500,000;

• (2) allotted and issued 50,000,000 shares at $0.01 to raise a further $500,000; and

• (3) allotted 50,000,000 options with an exercise price of $0.01 raising $500.

The total amount of the capital raising is $1,000,500.
