PRESS RELEASE

On 30 June 2008 Dromana Estate Ltd announced that an application had been made by Mr Gryst to wind the company up. On 9 July 2008 Dromana Estate Ltd applied to have Mr Gryst’s application dismissed. On 6 August 2008 the Honourable Justice Finn of the Federal Court acceded to the application made by Dromana and dismissed Mr Gryst’s application. His Honour did so on the basis that Mr Gryst had no prospect of succeeding in his application.
