FBR Board Appointment – Mr Lindsay Partridge AM

Monday, 9 February 2026 – Robotic technology company FBR Limited (ASX:FBR; OTCID:FBRKF) (‘FBR’ or ‘Company’) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lindsay Partridge AM as an independent NonExecutive Director of FBR Limited, effective 9 February 2026.

Mr Partridge brings to the Board over 40 years of distinguished commercial experience, including a 25-year tenure as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Brickworks Limited, Australia’s largest building materials supplier.

During his leadership, Mr Partridge oversaw the transformation of Brickworks from a domestic manufacturer into a diversified multinational organisation, growing its asset base from approximately $500 million to over $6 billion at the time of his retirement in 2024.

Mr Partridge holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Ceramic Engineering) from the University of New South Wales and has completed the Stanford University Executive Program. In 2012 Mr Partridge was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for services to the building and construction industry, and in 2018 the HIA awarded Mr Partridge the prestigious Sir Phillip Lynch Award of Excellence, recognising him for his outstanding and distinguished contribution to the residential building industry at the highest level of excellence and integrity.

The appointment of Mr Partridge aligns with FBR’s strategy to strengthen its Board with proven leadership in operational scaling, capital allocation and international expansion as the Company moves into its next phase of growth.

Mr Partridge’s director fees for the first 12 months of his appointment will be satisfied by the issue of 12,500,000 Shares at a deemed issue price of 0.4 cents each, subject to shareholder approval to be sought at the Company’s 2026 AGM.
