The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Irish Farm Centre, Bluebell, Dublin 12, Ireland on Thursday, 12 May 2022 at 11.00 a.m.

The Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been published by the Company. These documents are available to view on the Company’s website www.fbdgroup.com.

The 2021 Annual Report has also been published by the Company and is available to view directly at www.fbdgroup.com/annualreport

Under Euronext Listing Rules 6.1.82(1) and 6.1.82(2) there is a requirement to set out in the Company's annual report a statement of information concerning Directors' interests in shares under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation together with interests/holdings in the Company under the Transparency Regulations and Transparency Rules. This statement must contain information that covers the period that is not more than one month from the date on which the Company publishes its AGM Notice.

In accordance with Euronext Listing Rule 6.1.82(1), there have been no changes to Directors’ interests since 31 December 2021.

In accordance with Euronext Listing Rule 6.1.82(2), there have been no changes to the substantial shareholdings as disclosed in the 2021 Annual Report.
