Withdrawal of notification of voting rights - Notification dated 22nd August 2014

To whom it may concern,

In the name and on behalf of FMR LLC, 245 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02210, USA, we hereby withdraw our notification of voting rights dated 22 August 2014. It has been established this filing was made unnecessarily, based on a slight miscalculation of the voting rights attributable to FMR LLC. In reality FMR LLC did not cross below the 5% threshold in FBD Holdings Plc on 22 August 2014.  We can confirm that as of 10th March 2015, FMR LLC holdings in FBD Holdings Plc remain above the 5% threshold at 5.16%.

Please note that the Central Bank of Ireland have also been notified of this notice of withdrawal.
