Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Company") announces that:

As at 8 May 2024, the total number of shares in issue which carry voting rights is 40,769,476. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in FBD Holdings plc.

Section 109 (4) of the Companies Act, 2014 effectively suspends any voting rights attaching to the 164,005 treasury shares for so long as they are held in treasury.
