Appointment of Chair of the Remuneration Committee of FBD Insurance plc and update in Director Roles and Responsibilities in FBD Insurance plc

FBD Holdings plc ("FBD" or the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jim Bergin as Chair of the Remuneration Committee of FBD Insurance plc with immediate effect. Mr Bergin has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since February 2025.

Mr Bergin joined the Board of FBD Holdings plc and the Board of FBD Insurance plc in November 2024 and was appointed as Chair of the Board of FBD Holdings plc on 8 May 2025.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.1.5 of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules. The Group confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure under Rule 6.1.8 of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules.
