FBD Holdings plc announces that Mr. Walter Bogaerts, Independent Non-Executive Director, will not be putting himself forward for re-election at the 2022 Annual General Meeting to take place on 12 May 2022. Mr. Bogaerts recently retired as Independent Non-Executive Director of FBD Insurance Plc.
