Having served three years since her appointment to the Board of the Company, Ms Orlagh Hunt has indicated that she will not be putting herself forward for re-election at the 2019 Annual General Meeting to take place on 10 May 2019.  As a result she will retire as a non-executive Director at the conclusion of the 2019 Annual General Meeting.
